National Mall Potomac River Plate
The second Park Plate collection from Not Neutral features the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Originally envisioned by Pierre Charles L’Enfant during the earliest days of the new republic, and brought to fruition a century later by Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. and the McMillan Commission, this ribbon of urban greenery stretches from the U.S. Capitol to the Potomac River and includes many of the nation’s most-visited monuments, memorials, and museums. Each of the four plates highlights a different segment of the Mall: the Potomac River, the Tidal Basin, the Museum Core, and the Capitol Grounds. In total, the plates represent an area spanning more than 1,000 acres. A map is included showing the major features of the park. Plates are dishwasher safe.
