Midway Gardens Wind Chime

The Frank Lloyd Wright Midway Gardens Wind Chime is adapted from an outdoor chair design for the Midway Gardens project in Chicago, Illinois (1914).  The circle design intersected by a row of triangles was intended to be the chair's back; other shapes that were integral to the garden's ornamentation embellish it.  Made from powder coated steel, the wind chime measures 12" x 3" x 36".
