Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge Ornament

Washington, D.C. loves bridges.  This design features the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge that spans the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C.  This new six-lane bridge named after the abolitionist leader features 3 above-deck-arches opened in 2021 and replaced the 70 year old bridge.  This unique ornament made of stainless steel hangs with a delicate silk ribbon.  Ornament measures approximately 3 1/2” x ¾”. Made in America exclusively for the National Building Museum.
