Hoffman Rug Dessert Plates.jpgSet of 4 Hoffman Rug Dessert Plates

This set of four plates draws its design from the Hoffman House rug. Max Hoffman was a European automobile importer for whom Frank Lloyd Wright designed a house and a building for his Jaguar dealership in New York City. The carpet design proposed for the living room of the Hoffman home featured floating, intersecting circles with square accents. Although the rug was not executed for that home, after Wright’s death, it was woven for his own living room at Taliesin, Spring Green, Wisconsin. These porcelain plates come in a set of 4.7 inches diameter. Dishwasher & microwave safe.
