Plankowner Allotment Sign Up

Thank you for joining the Plankowner Program.

Please review the information below to complete your allotment. This is a 2-step process.

Step 1. Please submit the information below so the Museum Association can complete your Plankowner registration. Please include your name as you would like it displayed on your Plankowner Certificate. 

Step 2. After you have filled out and clicked submit at the bottom of this page, choose one of the following options to contact the U.S. Coast Guard Pay & Personnel Center (PPC) to log in to Direct Access to complete the allotment process. 

Please select an option below to complete your allotment.

Option 1.  If you have previously accessed the CG PPC Direct Access website, please log in and request a Voluntary Deduction. Select "CG Museum Assoc Dues" if you are retired or "Association Dues" for active duty from the drop down menu.

Option 2. If you have never accessed the CG PPC Direct Access website, you must first establish an account and get a password.

  • If you retired (or became entitled to SBP/FSPA) prior to 1 April 2018 - Send an email to ppc-dg-customercare@uscg.mil asking for your account to be established. Once your account has been set up, you can follow option 1.

Option 3. Call the Coast Guard PPC at 866-772-8724 and give them the Museum Association Blanket Code: 00080

Once we receive your first payment, we will send an acknowledgment letter with a temporary Plankowner certificate. If you have any questions, please contact us at (860) 443-4200 or email at  donate@coastguardmuseum.org.
