This is a 2-step process.
Step 1. Please submit the information below so the Museum Association can complete your Plankowner registration. Please include your name as you would like it displayed on your Plankowner Certificate.
Step 2. After you have filled out and clicked submit at the bottom of this page, choose one of the following options to contact the U.S. Coast Guard Pay & Personnel Center (PPC) to log in to Direct Access to complete the allotment process.
Please select an option below to complete your allotment.
Option 1. If you have previously accessed the CG PPC Direct Access website, please log in and request a Voluntary Deduction. Select "CG Museum Assoc Dues" if you are retired or "Association Dues" for active duty from the drop down menu.
Option 2. If you have never accessed the CG PPC Direct Access website, you must first establish an account and get a password.
Option 3. Call the Coast Guard PPC at 785-339-2200 and give them the Museum Association Blanket Code: 00080.
