In 2018, the Newseum opened several new exhibits, including “The Marines and Tet: The Battle That Changed the Vietnam War,” “1968: Civil Rights at 50” and “Pictures of the Year: 75 Years of the World’s Best Photography.”

More than 12 million students and teachers around the world gained access to, an online site with free resources to cultivate First Amendment and media literacy skills essential to civic life.
