Our underlying purpose is much larger than the festival itself. Winter Party is a fundraising venture produced by and in support of the National LGBTQ Task Force.

Over the past year, Florida has passed numerous pieces of legislation harmful to the LGBTQ+ community and policies that negatively impact immigrant communities and communities of color. These actions also restrict reproductive rights and access to healthcare while promoting censorship, from the removal of LGBTQ content in schools to the ban on critical race theory.

It is crucial to show solidarity with all communities and defeat attacks on equality by reuniting with thousands of our closest friends on the sands of Miami Beach––dancing in the name of resistance in an act of solidarity and protesting laws designed to harm our community! Your donation is needed more than ever to support local LGBTQ+ organizations in South Florida that provide essential services, real change, and a safe place for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families to live and to continue the Task Force's work nationwide.
