Dear Member of Congress,
Three-quarters of women entering the workforce will be pregnant and employed at some point in their lives. Despite existing protections under the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, expecting mothers continue to face discrimination, and in growing numbers. Pregnant workers deserve the same reasonable accommodations that are often provided to other employees.Ensuring equal opportunity for pregnant workers is essential to the health and economic security of our country's families.Please support the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.
