Services
The American Indian Relief Council provides a variety of program services to hundreds of Native American communities on reservations in six Northern Plains States. Due to the high rates of poverty and unemployment on these reservations, many Native Americans struggle to provide the necessities of life for their families. We have developed a unique approach in helping to ease some of this hardship, with special focus on vulnerable children and Elders.

ALL AIRC services
involve Native Americans from the reservation communities we serve. These Program Partners volunteer their time and efforts to help fulfill our mission: “to help Native American people improve the quality of their lives by providing opportunities for them to bring about positive change in their communities.”

Encourages expectant mothers on the Pine Ridge Reservation to participate in pre-natal care and parenting classes, and provides baby-care essentials for newborns.
