Give your Fund a Title and Tell your Story

This is your Personal Fundraising webpage and you are defined as the champion within the system. If you are making your fund as a tribute or to honor to someone, they are defined as the Fund Honoree.

If you have previously registered, please log in using the box to the left, before you begin. If you have never registered, your account will be created during the fund setup.

Once you complete these easy steps, your page will be immediately available online. You'll have access to the Champion Center where you can begin sending emails to your friends and family and make updates to your page.

Your Fund Information:

= Required Field

The information you need to supply is dependent on what type of fund you create.
Honorary campaigns require honoree name and contact information.
Memorial funds require honoree name and contact information for the honoree’s representative.
Personal funds do not require this information.

The following image shows how the content elements are arranged on your default fund page. As you work with the sections below, the corresponding section in the image will highlight to indicate where that information will be located on the default fund page layout.

Your Fund Page: Your Fund Page:

Name your tribute page so others can easily find and support it! If you’re making an honorary or memorial page, consider including the fund honoree’s name in the title. You can return later and edit your title if you want to make changes.

Why do you care so passionately about stroke? Tell a personal story to inspire people to join you in celebrating your Stroke Champion. You can return later to the Champion Center to make changes.

We recommend typing your story in a document that can be electronically saved (e.g., Microsoft Word) prior to submission because the form could time out. You can then copy and paste your story into the box below.

Post a picture and add a personal touch! You can change photos or add photo albums later in the Champion Center.

Upload a Picture for Your Fund Web Page

1. Prepare your image.
Images must be .gif, .jpg, or .png files. Files with a .jpg or .png type will be automatically resized to fit in a 225 x 300 pixel space. The maximum acceptable file size is 1.5 Mb.

2. Select the file.
Enter the name of the file on your computer or use the Browse button to select the file.

If unable to access browse button, press enter key here to launch the browse dialog..

3. Click the upload image button.

Do you have a fundraising goal? Goals are not required but are helpful incentives to get people to contribute to your fund.

Suggested Goal: $250.00

Your tribute page description appears alongside your fund name in search results, distinguishing your fund from others with similar names. Enter unique details about the honoree (city of residence, a nickname, or family name). You can return later to edit this.

Chances are you want as many people to know about your campaign as possible. However, if this is not the case, select Make Personal Fund Private to prevent your campaign from being displayed in search results. If you select this option your campaign will only be accessible via the URL you disclose to your supporters.
