Bloomsbury Farm near Atkins on Saturday, August 26. Diners are transported by hayrack deep into the cornfield to a long, elegantly-adorned table. A cocktail hour kicks off the evening at 5:00 pm, followed by dinner at approximately 6:30 pm.

Past attendees report that few things can equal the beauty…or irony…of a gourmet meal in an Iowa cornfield. Whether you are a native Iowan or are new to the area, you will surely find Cuisine in the Corn to be an experience unlike any other.

Due to the natural farm setting of the event, flat shoes are recommended. It may also get cool in the field after sunset so you may want to bring a jacket. If it should happen to rain, the event will still go on as planned as long as there is no severe weather. We have plans in place to keep you dry.
