Hello!
This summer, I’m supporting the Lung Health Foundation by participating in the #MyLungLife Hockey Challenge in support of the Lung Health Foundation. Donations will go towards supporting programs like Fitness for Breath, a community-based pulmonary exercise maintenance program that helps Canadians with lung disease stay active, connect with their peers, and improve their health outcomes.
I need your help in reaching my fundraising minimum of $100, but more is better! I have chosen the Train like a Hockey Player option and pledge to jog three times a week for all of July. Suggested donations per exercise are listed below my signature. You can proactively motivate me by donating now, or donate each time I complete a workout, or donate at the end of July based on how many times I've completed my workout. I've already jogged twice this week! You can suggest additional exercises from the list below and I will try to accommodate them.
