Near the front entrance to Tampa General Hospital, a McDonald's restaurant offers cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and other artery-clogging fare. Should the hospital improve its food environment for visitors, patients, and staff by nixing the nuggets and instead offering low-cost, healthful, plant-based options?
