Food for Life Instructor Chris Vogliano

Chris Vogliano is a registered dietitian and health professional working to help increase food security in Cleveland, Ohio, on a citywide level. He strives to incorporate plant-based dieting as much as possible, empowering those in need with the tools they need to make positive and lasting dietary choices.

Why did you become a Food for Life instructor?

"I have seen the disconnect people have from real food, and the FFL training has given me the materials and confidence I need to best educate clients about making the best choices for them and their families."

Here is what class attendees are saying…

“This class has made a huge difference in my overall well-being. I’ve lost 18 pounds in seven weeks. I feel better, sleep better, and am in an overall better mood. Even my skin and hair have improved.”
-Tiffany M., Providence Cancer Center, Anchorage, Alaska

"Everyone who is concerned about nutrition will benefit from this class — and enjoy it. For those of us challenged to survive cancer, it is a great inspiration!”
-Brian C., St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Conn.

"After five weeks on the program, my husband and I have both lost 10 pounds. My blood sugar has dropped 30 points. My doctor says I may get off all medications at the next visit. I am a breast cancer survivor and my husband has heart disease, so this is a must for us!"
-Annie H., Roanoke Recreation Center, Roanoke, Texas
