Food for Life Instructor Jennifer Nemeth

Jennifer Nemeth is a registered nurse specializing in cardiology, and also has a degree in dietetics (nutrition). She is certified in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University, is a certified Food for Life instructor, and the founder of Reinventing Nutrition. Her passion lies in helping those with chronic diseases, such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes, heal through whole, real foods. She’s effectively helped many patients in their transition to a plant based lifestyle and has witnessed the benefits and joys these changes bring. One of her patients stated, “For the first time in 30 plus years, I feel as though I will live to see 100 years!” Jennifer is thrilled to dedicate her career to assisting others in reaching their optimal health!

Why did you become a Food for Life instructor?

I became a FFL instructor after seeing many patients struggle with all the conflicting nutrition information. I’ve never experienced such wonderful health and vibrancy until I switched to a whole-foods, plant-based diet. I feel like it would be a crime for me not to share my wealth of information with others so they too can experience life to the fullest. I want others to also understand how easy, delectable, and satisfying plant-based recipes can be!

Here is what class attendees are saying…

“Jennifer, I just wanted to let you know that I am just amazed at how easy this change has been for me to make. A bit over two weeks now, and I haven’t felt this good in decades. I am not kidding. For the first time in 30 plus years, I feel as though I will live to see 100 years. Physically, emotionally, I feel reborn.”

"Enjoyed and so appreciated the class and the presentation. You were well prepared and knowledgeable. Don’t change anything!"
