Why did you become a Food for Life instructor?
"Being a Food for Life instructor provides the format for me to share information on how food can help heal the body. FFL classes teach relevant information to people engaged in improving their health."
Here is what class attendees are saying…
“Dear Mrs. Petra, Thank you for coming and teaching us how to eat healthy. Every morning now I eat oatmeal to stay healthy.”
-Sophia, 4th grader, Santa Rosa, California
"Dear Ms. Petra, I loved having you as a health teacher. My favorite taste test was the monster smoothie. I liked the sweet potato too. I hope you have a great rest of the year by teaching other kids about health food and a happier life. You made my life happier."”
-Charlie, 4th grader, Santa Rosa, California
