Provides funds for one Communications Club program, educating those with Parkinson's about the importance of strengthening their vocal cords and speaking louder in their efforts to Walk Off Parkinson's.

Provides funds for three yoga program sessions allowing many to use mindfulness and movement to improve balance, slow how PD affects them and Walk Off Parkinson's.

Supports PFNCA's Community Lecture Series Program which reduces barriers between physicians and those impacted by Parkinson's with monthly lectures. Speakers include Movement Disorder Specialists and others that share information and resources to help those with PD live well and Walk Off Parkinson's.

Supports 20 people with Parkinson's attending weekly exercise programs for four months, allowing them to improve their strength and balance, understand the neurological benefits of movement, and Walk Off Parkinson's.

Helps underwrite PFNCA's Annual Parkinson's Symposium, providing important information to people with the disease and carepartners; Together at this inspiring and educational program, we'll help many Walk Off Parkinson's.

$15,000 underwrites the cost of a program for people with Parkinson's in your community for one year. This gift can be made in honor or in memory of someone and will be highlighted with signs at the program, and listings on PFNCA's website and in its newsletter. Together, we will help an entire community have access to Parkinson's programming and help many Walk Off Parkinson's.
