Hi there, and welcome to my final fundraising page! To sum things up, IUDM is a yearlong fundraising and awareness effort for pediatric care at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since its beginning, IUDM has become the (arguably first) second-largest student run philanthropic event in the nation AND the largest Children's Miracle Network marathon to date, raising over $36 million For The Kids at Riley.
While IUDM has changed my college experience in the best way, pushing me to constantly live life to the fullest and make the most of every single second in every single day, it has also inspired me to fight for miracles that change the lives of so many children and families at Riley Hospital. Here are some numbers that influenced me to make a difference in the world…
- NICU Room Charge: $2,500 per day
- One Session of Chemotherapy: $1,200 plus cost of medication
- Sixteen Infant Feeding Tubes: $250
- Three Packs of Preemie Diapers: $50
- Two Baby Stethoscopes: $25
- Baby Crib: $2,000
By donating to this cause, you can also help fight for the brave children and families at Riley Hospital for Children.
For my fourth and final 36-hour Indiana University Dance Marathon, I am so excited to be the Fundraising Chair of Dancer Relations! Dancer Relations has the incredible opportunity to work directly with campus organizations and dancers to inspire, educate, and motivate them to fundraise for the kids at Riley.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking time out of your day to visit my fundraising page, as well as the endless support through my Dance Marathon journey.
One day we will dance in celebration. Until then, we dance for a cure.
