Dear [Decision Maker],

I'm writing to you as your constituent asking for your support of S.319/H.R.955, the Women Veterans and Families Health Services Act introduced by Senator Patty Murray and Representative Rick Larsen. This critical piece of legislation would permanently allow veterans with a service-connected injury causing infertility to access IVF medical treatment from the Veterans Health System. The Department of Veterans Affairs is currently offering this medical treatment via a temporary appropriation. This bill also provides our nations Veterans with adoption assistance--further allowing these heroic individuals to make the best decision on how to build their families.
