Supporting our caregivers

Much of southwest and central Florida has been devastated by Hurricane Ian, one of the strongest and deadliest storms ever to hit the state. Thankfully, our ministries in the Florida Panhandle and Jacksonville area appear to have not been directly impacted, though some associates in Florida, or their relatives and friends, have been.

Many people and communities will be dealing with the cleanup and aftermath for months and even years.

If you would like to help any associates who are later identified as being impacted by Hurricane Ian, please consider making a donation through our Ministry and Mission Fund.

The Ascension Ministry and Mission Fund was created to support associates when unexpected financial hardships arise, as well as fund opportunities for our associates to transform the way they work through gaining skills, knowledge and abilities that fall outside of Ascension learning and development programs.
