I'm chairing our Family Advisory Council, we call the FAC (sort of like a working Board of Directors...) at FNP (the Family Navigation Project).  FNP is associated with Sunnybrook, and is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.  Our FAC is made up of caregivers with lived/living experience with youth mental health and addiction challenges.  This year we have created our own team for the race, and called it 'FUN FACs'! 

One of FNP's major contributors is the RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health.  A lot of people don't realize the money from this race goes to FNP.

It is a wonderful organization to help parents and caregivers to navigate our mental health services, particularly when they need someone 'in the boat' with them.  FNP delivers!

Did you know as many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness?  It is shocking to learn that 4 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need.
