Did you know as many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness?  4 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need.  

The Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook, is an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction to the help they desperately need. 

it's a cause I am passionate about,  I actively advocate for an improved mental heatlh care system for our youth community and I am currently a member of the Family Advisory Council  (FAC) for the Family Navigaton Project at Sunnybrook.  Yes - we are called the Fun FACs :)

The RBC Race for the Kids, is our primary fundraiser; I am running on September 21st to raise awareness of the need for increased funding and the need for increased access to mental health services. 

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you. Your donation through my fundraising page helps ensure that young people and their families find the mental health care services they need.
