As in the past years, I’m going to take part in the RBC Race for the Kids this September.

One in five youths and their families are suffering in anguish as the route to mental health care is far from apparent even to their primary physicians.  The Sunnybrook Family Navigation Project has changed the access and delivery of mental health care for the youths and their families in a dramatic way.  Unlike any other existing resources, this service is staffed by mental health professionals who have expertise in youth mental health issues as well as our mental health system.  It is offered free of charge and without the need for a medical referral.  Since its inception, Dr Levitt and his team has helped many families through their crisis and reorient them toward a journey to health.

By making a donation, you will enable this critical resource to continue and provide the help these youths and their families need, when they need it.
