Dads' Night Out in the Sukkah

Join local Jewish dad – and Austin Yoga Tree owner - Jonathan Troen in the Sukkah for a conversation about how to navigate the joy of the festivals during difficult times.
Along with Rabbi Dan Ain, we’ll have the opportunity to enter the Sukkah with blessings, shake the lulav and etrog, and discuss the positive and negative energies that we are welcoming into our homes. Jonathan will share the “Emotional Intelligence Blueprint” to help dads identify emotions, to neutralize the ones we don’t want and to transform any negative emotion into a powerful and positive experience.
Appetizers and drinks will be provided.
