Thank you for visiting the fundraising page for our team! We represent the ADAPT (Ability/Disability Advocates Partnering Together) Employee Resource Group within First American Title, and we are EXCITED to support the Special Olympics with our participation in this years Polar Plunge event! 

The ADAPT Employee Resource Group’s vision is to promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace for people with disabilities. We offer support and education for members who have disabilities and their allies. This group is open to employees who are disabled identifying, informed and emerging allies, and those interested in understanding the diversity within the disabled experience.
