I was diagnosed with Sjogrens December 2014.  In 2015, I started the Hampton Roads Sjogrens support group with the help of the Sjogrens Foundation and my co leader, Bob. 

On this journey, I have educated myself about this autoimmune disease, met others impacted by Sjogrens, and learned a lot about myself and how to be the best ME!
