It means SO MUCH to me that you're taking the time to hop on here to help me reach my fundraising goal. 

As you know, Sjogren's has impacted my life greatly. When I was finally diagnosed I was given little information about the disease and I felt so alone. Frightened, I searched for answers and found the Foundation. Through their education and support I can now be a better advocate for myself. 

We are getting so close to a cure, I can feel it. Already the Foundation has been crucial in funding studies to find better therapies. I have benefitted greatly from those findings and although I'm not in remission I can honestly say I am better off.
