Thank you to all who supported me in my efforts to support the Sjögren's Foundation!
 
Sjogren’s was the second of three autoimmune disease I developed. Rheumatoid Arthritis being the first and primary and Primary Biliary Cholangitis being the third. I look at at all of them as different manifestations of my autoimmune disease. 

I chose to walk this 5K because April is Autoimmune Disease Awareness month and I wanted to support those around me who also suffer from these diseases, to raise awareness, and to prove to myself that I can do it - one step at a time.
