Sjögren's is a chronic autoimmune disease in which the body’s immune system attacks moisture producing glands, resulting in the deficient production of tears and saliva. This causes salivary and lacrimal glands to become inflamed, thus resulting in a dry mouth and dry eyes. Other symptoms include joint pain and fatigue.

While I feel fortunate that I don't have a severe case, it still has an impact on my daily life, with fatigue and dry eye being the worse symptoms.  I love my daily power nap!
