The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) has helped more than 100,000 surviving loved ones of those whose lives included military service. Services are provided free of charge to survivors.
TAPS has been honored by the U.S. Congress as the gold standard of military service organizations, and its founder, Bonnie Carroll, was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom on behalf of all TAPS families.
