Join in for a series of online dance classes running daily between Monday, March 22nd - Friday, March 26th.
In lieu of registration fees, all proceeds raised through this page will be donated directly to the University of Ottawa Heart institute Foundation to support cardiac research in our community.
Classes are open to solo dancers, couple dancers, families, etc. All are welcome and from any city!
The focus will be on solo movements so you will not need a lot of space. No previous dance experience necessary, it's for fun and to be active.
Register for one class or try them all!!
Each class will be 45 minutes long. All classes will be conducted over Zoom with a private ID and password.

Burlesque (Ladies only) - Monday, March 22nd at 6 p.m.

Escape and travel back in time while learning some of the most popular dance styles of the decades.
NightClub & Party Dancing - Thursday, March 25th at 6 p.m.
Release your bottled-up party energy and discover your rhythm with this dance class that will show you how to dance with confidence at the clubs.
Latin Dance Fitness - Friday, March 26th at 6 p.m.
Spice up your workouts with this dance-fitness fusion bringing the styles of bachata, cha cha, samba, salsa, and merengue together for one great workout.
