My goal is simple: do 30min of activity for 30 days from June 1-June 30th.  I already do lots of activity, but not every day, so the 30min every day will be the challenge, not the 30min itself.

I also hope to encourage others to do something physical for 30min in the hope they will grwo to like it, and then keep it going even after the end of June.

Please join or suppport me in this endeavour.

Ran 8k with Statcan Clinic--1.6k warm-up, 2x4min, 2x3min, 2x2min, 1.6 cool-down

getting started and staying started
As mentioned before, the hard part is not 30min of activity, it's the 30 days in a row.
So far, even though the Hearts in Motion 5k Challenge has not yet started, I am trying to get in the habit of doing something daily.
In 5 days, i have missed 2 already. Maybe I will be more diligent after June 1.
I would appreciate your help in keeping me honest and regular.
That said,
April 30st, 32k of running (and a big nap)
May 1st, 90min swim, 15k of commuter cycling, 60min of stretch/strength class
May 2, 24k worth of running
May 3, nada
May 4th, 25k worth of running, which definitely took longer than 30min.
May 5th, nada
May 6th, 10.8k of running
May 7th?? We'll see
