“Halite” was found on a beach in Saltair, near Nanaimo on June 16. Found emaciated and separated from his mother Halite spent several days in intensive care upon arriving at the Rescue Centre. He is now out of intensive care and on the way to making a recovery.
Pupdate: August 22 - Halite continues to make progress in fish school. He's eating fish with just a little bit of help!
