Take Action: Tell Your Reps You Support a Ban on New Fossil Fuel Infrastructure

The House Energy committee is considering legislation (H.746) sponsored by Rep. Mary Sullivan (D-Burlington) that would prohibit the construction of most new fossil fuel infrastructure in the state.

You can bet that the fossil fuel lobbyists aren’t going to like this legislation one bit. It’s no secret that the Oil and Gas Lobby wants Vermonters and all Americans to remain addicted to their noxious product.

Use the form below to submit a message to your Vermont representatives letting them know you support a ban on new fossil fuel infrastructure in Vermont.

We've included a sample message below - feel free to personalize the subject and the message (legislators appreciate individual messages from their constituents!) but be sure to ask your representative to support H.746 and say no to new fossil fuel infrastructure in the state.
