ORT aims to break down educational barriers that prevent girls and women from choosing to study Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) at an early age.

Through its global education network, ORT works hard to eliminate harmful gender norms, accelerate opportunity and empower all students to pursue any professional field they desire – regardless of gender. Through ORT’s STEM programs, girls and women are encouraged to develop an interest and passion for STEM, while instilling knowledge and the requisite skills to pursue these subjects in a 21st-century job market.
