Marsupial Babies


Virginia Opossums are our only North American marsupial mammasl. They are related to kangaroos and wallabies whose babies live and grow in their mother’s warm pouch until they are able to fend for themselves.	These little babies need around-the-clock care and a comfy fleece-lined pouch in which to snuggle. Once their eyes open they need a varied diet and a safe place to play!
