Blu-Ray Disc: Ireland's Wild Coast
Ireland's Wild Coast is a unique and personal journey along one of the most spectacular coastlines in the world, featuring the wildlife and wild places that make it so special. Wildlife cameraman Colin Stafford-Johnson takes viewers on an odyssey along Ireland's rugged Atlantic coast. Hanging like an emerald jewel off the western edge of Europe, Ireland has always been a place apart--the last scrap of rock before the void of the Atlantic Ocean. Never conquered by the Romans, Ireland was for millennia the very edge of the known world for Europeans and the last stop for countless animals before they disappeared into the mists of the western ocean on their ceaseless journeys of life. As never captured before, this series features Ireland's west coast and wildlife wonders--from the Skellig Rocks, stormbound ocean pinnacles settled by early Christian monks 1500 years ago; to breaching humpback whales newly arrived off the island's southern shores; to golden eagles fighting the gales of the northern highlands; to the majestic salmon returning from the Arctic to face upriver into some of the purest freshwaters in Europe; to the clash of Ireland's last surviving red deer stags echoing through the island's highest mountains. Run Time: 120 minutes

Driving While Black explores the role of the automobile in the lives of African Americans in the early twentieth century. Based on over a decade of research by acclaimed African American historian Dr. Gretchen Sorin, the film draws on an extraordinarily rich archive of material from the period including photographs, advertisements, billboards, road signs, maps, brochures, letters, and legal records - along with riveting oral histories and the on-camera insights of scholars, writers, musicians, artists, religious leaders and ordinary American travelers. The film will be structured by the emergence, flourishing and eventual obsolescence of a new genre of travel literature aimed at facilitating black automobile travel during the period; including The Negro Motorist Green Book "the bible of black travel during Jim Crow" published by a Harlem-based businessman named Victor H. DVD: Ireland's Wild Coast

DVD: Nature: Pangolin: The World's Most Wanted Animal
Pangolins are often described as "the most endangered animal you've never heard of." The world's only scaly mammal, pangolins are now trafficked at a higher rate than rhinos, elephants and tigers combined, for medicinal use in China, Thailand and Vietnam. Very little is known about even their most basic biology, and this is hampering conservation efforts - pangolins almost always die in captivity. In Namibia, conservationist Maria Diekmann found herself on the frontline of the battle to save these wanted animals after unexpectedly becoming a surrogate mother to an orphaned baby pangolin named Honey Bun. On an emotional journey, Diekmann travels to Asia to better understand the global issues facing pangolins, before joining forces with a Chinese megastar to help build a campaign to bring awareness to the plight of these surprisingly charming creatures. Running time is 53 minutes.

Green lights dance across a star-filled sky. Snowflakes sparkle on the trees. It is little wonder Lapland is famous as a realm of elves and flying reindeer, the magical home of Santa Claus. Lapland, however, is a real place, where real animals and people live out their lives. It is Europe's most stunning and challenging wilderness, every bit as magical as the fantasy. This film is an intimate portrait of Lapland through the changing seasons. It follows the magic and drama of life in the frozen north, long after the Christmas lights are taken down, and where only the toughest survive. Santa's home is famous the world over, yet few realize it is a real place. This visually stunning film will reveal a realm every bit as magical and dramatic as the fantasy. Lapland is Europe's last great wilderness, a mystical, frozen kingdom in the far north. 60 Minutes.

Modern womanhood often means juggling multiple roles--businesswoman, mother, spouse, homemaker, and more--all while being expected to look perfectly composed. Being overwhelmed and exhausted can often translate into unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise, and no time for self-care. But diet and fitness plans are usually one-size-fits-all, and those universal programs just don't work for every body and every personality. This is especially true for women age 60+.
