Running For A Cause
This year, I am choosing to participate for the Y and help them raise money to support their efforts to help other youth and families in our community that may not be as fortunate.
The West Valley Family YMCA has changed the lives of many youth and families throughout the San Fernando Valley.
Strengthening the foundations of our community is their cause .
I ask you to join me in that cause by donating, or joining my team as the Justice Jaguars.
They say it takes a village to support a child.
Let's unite our efforts and be that village.
There will be snacks, lots of local businesses/ resources, and fun activities for children at the start and finish of the race. There are no age restrictions so everyone is welcome to participate in any event they desire, which includes the 10K and 5K races. Strollers are permitted and any "riders" are free of charge.
Dogs on leashes are also welcomed.
Families should bring water, snacks, hat, sturdy sneakers and a WE CAN attitude.
