Supporting Quality Through Evidence-Based Practice, CEUStefanie Powers Mar 2012
The articles in this issue of Zero to Three provide a variety of different lenses through which to view and implement Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). The authors share their experiences and insight with defining, selecting, and implementing programs and practices as they engage in an evidence-based process to best support children and families. As a philosophical approach, EBP can best be understood as a decision-making process that demands a thoughtful integration of science, practice, and policy, and relies on the knowledge and experience of skilled providers.
