On June 5th at the Traverse City Pit Spitters game, we are hosting a 'Strike Out ALS' Night benefitting the ALS Association!

With your generous donation towards a Pit Spitters donation page, they will be given the opportunity to take part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge postgame on June 5th!

We thank you for helping us reach our team fundraising goal, together, we can make a difference in those affected by ALS. We are committed to helping The ALS Association reach its goal of making ALS livable for everyone, everywhere, until it is cured.

ABOUT ALS

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis.
