OUR ALS HERO
The RAT Pack lost a great father/son/husband/brother/friend, our ALS hero, in February 2020. Ryan Tofteland, 40, fought his battle with this vicious disease for four years, somehow always keeping his humility, bravery and sense of humor intact. He inspired those around him to find deeper meaning in life and always cherish time with family and friends.
Today and until there is a cure, our team walks to keep Ryan’s legacy alive. We also walk to honor our many friends still living with ALS.
We know firsthand that this diagnosis is devastating to any family. Every 90 minutes in the U.S., a person is diagnosed with ALS. From that life-changing moment, the average life expectancy for a patient is a short two to five years. We’ve got to put an end to this!
Join The RAT Pack and let’s defeat ALS once and for all!
