The Pittsburgh Walk to Defeat ALS is September 14 at Point State Park. I am continuing Brett’s legacy of supporting The ALS Association through Brett’s Brew Buddies. Will you please join me in raising funds and awareness for The ALS Association?
The ALS Association is one of the only national charitable organizations that focuses primarily on patient services. The local chapter works tirelessly to provide equipment, education, and training to help people living with ALS (PALS) and their caregivers live the best life possible, all at no cost.
The ALS Association has taken on the goal of making ALS a livable disease by 2030. As we all know, currently ALS is fatal with no cure. To make this goal a reality along with providing top level care to PALS, funds are also needed to support research. To make this happen, I am asking that you continue to walk in honor Brett’s memory and his work to help make a difference for PALS and their families. We walk so that one day we can celebrate survival rates; something that is sadly not possible today.
Please use the links to sign up to be part of Brett’s Brew Buddies. If you cannot participate, please consider a contribution that will make a difference. If you would prefer to mail a donation, the check can be made payable to “The ALS Association” and mailed to 638 Deer Creek Road, Valencia, PA 16059. We will mail the check to the chapter to be included in the Brett’s Brew Buddies team total.
