Details and Objectives: Goal to expand the QC walk leveraging relationship with QC River Bandits. In partnering with the River Bandits we will utilize the parking lot and trail pre-game for the walk and conclude with everyone attending the baseball game that evening. Utilizing various tickets to incentivize participants to meet thresholds to receive complimentary tickets while also creating new assets including on field recognition pre-game and ceremonial first pitch opportunities.

Schedule of events Saturday August 19th, 2023:

• 3:00pm-4:00pm check-in
• 4:15-4:30pm program begins
• 4:30pm-5:15pm walk
• 5:15pm-5:45pm entertainment in the parking lot
• 5:45pm-doors open to stadium
• 6:20ish-on field presentation and first pitch (3 minutes)
• 6:30-Play Ball

Quad City River Bandits Ticket Eligibility:

• Every $125 donated, receive 4 general admission tickets in the ALS Associations group section
• Every $2,000 receive 4 tickets to the Barrell House Deck which includes food and non-alcoholic beverages
• Top three fundraisers (individuals or team) will get the opportunity to be recognized on the field pre-game
• Top fundraiser receives opportunity to throw out the Ceremonial First Pitch

T-Shirts

Only participants who've raised $100 will get a t-shirt. This benefit is awarded to individuals, not teams or donors, so make sure the donations to your personal fundraising record add up!

In addition to working toward one for yourself, you should spread the word to encourage your friends, family, and coworkers to earn their very own shirt.
