Are you remodeling? Call our Deconstruction Crew and save money!

Our Deconstruction Crew will come out to your property to remove cabinets, fixtures, trim, windows, etc. -- all at no cost to you. The items we salvage will be sold at one of our local Habitat ReStores -- helping to invest in affordable homeownership in the Chicago South Suburbs.

Property owner benefits include:

• A tax deduction from all donated items
• Divert items from the landfill and help the environment
• An investment in affordable housing in your community through your donation

Habitat homes are then purchased by families with limited incomes through affordable mortgages. Families partner with Habitat and participate in the construction their own homes as they prepare for successful homeownership.
