For many years she has been passionate about volunteering and helping others less fortunate, especially marginalized communities. Debbie is thrilled that she made the decision to move her career path from for-profit to non-profit, and feels extremely fortunate to work for an organization that helps families with limited incomes have access to affordable housing. A fun fact is that she once was neighbors with Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones. Debbie cheers on the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Cubs, and the Tennessee Volunteers!

Meggan likes to spend her free time with her family. Her hero includes her dad because as a Vietnam veteran he gave his life for ours. She is working in nonprofit because during this transition period in her life she decided that she wants to give back and make a difference which is exactly what DuPage Habitat does. She wants to continue learning and help the organization grow so that more families may be able to have affordable housing. Her personal quirk is she is always fidgety and can't sit/stand still, especially when she’s nervous. Her favorite sports team is the White Sox.

Maureen enjoys baking and cooking new recipes (and giving a lot away because her family can't eat it all). She also rejoined Off Campus Writers Workshop out of Winnetka and has started writing a piece of fiction. Typically, she enjoys kayaking, eating out and getting together with friends and occasionally visiting the City of Chicago (the Museum of Contemporary Art is her my favorite). She believes that those of us who have had better opportunities have a moral obligation to help those who have not, and hopefully, give everyone a chance to build a better life for themselves and their families.

After being in the mortgage industry, with Draper and Kramer, for about 25 years, Bob worked at Wintrust Bank as the Executive Vice President of Sales until his retirement in September 2018. He is very familiar with what DuPage Habitat does as he has been a Board member of Chicagoland Habitat for the past six years and is looking forward to working with DuPage Habitat. In his free time, Bob enjoys playing golf, doing handy work and spending time with his grandchildren.
