2023 is a very special year at the club. It is the 125th year anniversary since it first opened its doors to the community. This is also a year in which the Tennis department has had some troubling news regarding our beloved boss, Jeff Chandley. Jeff has been in the Atlanta tennis scene for many years and a part of the AAC family for almost 15 years. He has molded many pros that later went on to become directors and he has taught PTR courses to help certify tennis professionals. To honor him and his dedication to the sport of tennis and the Atlanta Athletic Club, this year’s Junior Pro-Am will benefit the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory where he is currently receiving treatment.
Welcome to the Atlanta Athletic Club Junior Pro-Am Fundrasier

The cancer care at Emory University Hospital through Winship is one of the top ranked cancer programs in the nation. Winship investigators conducted over 300 interventional and therapeutic clinical trials and enrolled more than 700 patients in 2022 alone. It will be an honor to donate this year’s Pro-Am earnings to The Winship Cancer Institute.
