21-Day Healthy Mind & Body Challenge for 2021: Re-Energize Your New Year's Resolutions
It's a new year and perhaps you've set some 2021 resolutions or intentions for yourself but need some motivation in month two. Whether or not you have new fitness goals for the new year, we invite you to join fellow GW alumni in a 21-day fitness challenge to get you up, get you moving and focused on keeping a healthy mind and body.
This challenge will use an online platform that provides a step-equivalent point structure to measure participation and connects to most fitness devices. So whether you walk, run, bike, swim, lift, stretch or all of the above, get moving and get points!
Mini-challenges and events will also pop up throughout the 21-day challenge to keep you motivated. Participants will also have an opportunity to win some GW swag and fitness-related prizes.
