GW Foodies: Premium Cheese Tasting with "The Cheese Guy"

All alumni are invited to tune in for a special, interactive, cheese tasting with Brent Delman, GWSB MBA '90, founder and owner of The Cheese Guy.
Participants who register will have the opportunity to purchase a special, discounted package of cheeses that Brent will discuss in the tasting. As the cheesemaker and distributor, you'll learn right from the source about the cheese-making process, what you should be tasting in each cheese, and some suggested pairings and recipes.
Brent's variety of kosher and vegetarian cheeses are made with milk from pasture-raised or grass-fed small-farm animals and participants with lactose allergies will have the option to purchase dairy-free options. Brent Delman, aka The Cheese Guy, has been involved in the specialty food business for over 25 years. He started as a boutique wholesaler of various specialty foods in the New York area. In recent years he branched off to focus primarily on fine cheeses, his real passion. Sixteen years ago, following through on his entrepreneurial spirit, his food business expertise and his love for cheese, the brand The Cheese Guy was born. Headquartered in New York, most of The Cheese Guy brand cheeses are produced in the Northeastern US, in small batches at family-owned dairy farms, and are based on Delman's own recipes and formulas. As “The Cheese Guy” he is taking small batch, artisanal, vegetarian, kosher cheeses to entirely new heights. The company motto is “Raising Cheesy to an Art”.
