Julie Rammal 

In this half-hour session, alumna and coach Julie Rammal, GWSB ’04, explains how to use holistic movements to improve your five major muscle groups (abdominals, back, upper body, legs, glutes) and shares the benefits of using aromatherapy to improve your overall wellbeing. Julie will demonstrate fun holistic exercises that you can easily incorporate in your daily routine. 

Julie is a trainer, speaker, consultant, and creator of the first DVD and book on holistic fitness. She shares her work at health clubs, embassies, and corporate resort & spa centers worldwide. She practices energy healing, aromatherapy, meditation, Pilates, yoga, sound therapy, and rehabilitative sports.
